Our History

Founded in 2002, Adaptiv Networks is a leader in the software-defined WAN industry specializing in cloud-managed business connectivity solutions. Our acquisition of LiveQoS in 2019 strengthened our R&D team and increased our technological leadership in Internet acceleration and application delivery. In 2020, our acquisition of ELFIQ Networks brought us additional talent and strengthened our product portfolio while expanding our partner ecosystem. Over the past 10 years we have built the largest patent portfolio in the SD-WAN industry.

Bernard Breton

Bernard is an experienced executive in the field of telecommunication software, with international experience in marketing, sales, product management, research & development, business operations and mergers and acquisitions. Bernard has led start-ups and spin-offs, and held leadership positions in large international companies including Ericsson and InfoVista. Bernard is an Electrical Engineer by education and a customer focused business executive by inclination.

Salim Nensi

Salim is an experienced engineering leader with the proven ability to innovate on small and large projects. He has collaborated for many years with customers and partners to deliver networking and cloud solutions. Salim has strong leadership and problem-solving skills and participates in the design, development and verification of the products and systems being developed.

Glen Schmid

Glen is a successful sales leader in cyber security, mobile, and networking who has an extensive track record selling technology solutions globally to service providers, OEMS and enterprises. As an open networks expert with very strong technical acumen, Glen is adept at working with new technologies and business models to help ensure success for partners and customers.

Steven Blanchette

Steven brings 20 years of leadership in telecommunications operations, fostering innovation and adaptability in high performance organizations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence today, while preparing for what’s next. Steven has a proactive mindset focused on first-time-right delivery as the key to thriving in a fast-paced world, and brings a global outlook from living and working in North America, Europe and Africa.

Todd Davis

Todd has 15 years of B2B and channel marketing experience and enjoys collaborating with service providers, business customers, industry analysts, and team members. Through his career, Todd has worked as a Manager and Analyst for Marketing and HR organizations with AT&T and as a digital media entrepreneur. Todd is on a mission to continuously improve our digital channel sales enablement program and help our partners build SD-WAN sales pipeline.

Kevin Bullock

Kevin brings 20+ years of professional experience working with companies in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, credit card processing, environmental technology and real estate. Having worked both in publicly and privately held environments, Kevin understands the importance of the finance function in guiding business decisions and executing strategies. Kevin holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier, a Certified Professional Accounting designation and occasionally teaches advanced accounting courses at Wilfrid Laurier University.
